To support this personalized approach, each client is assigned a dedicated Area Manager who provides ongoing support to all parties involved. Additionally, our team members are available around the clock—24 hours a day, 7 days a week—to assist clients and care providers with any questions or needs.

Care Provider Registration and Credentialing
As a Virginia licensed Nurse Registry, Allied Home Healthcare ensures that all care providers meet the rigorous state requirements before they are registered and referred to clients in need. Once registered, providers must maintain their credentials to remain active. The credentialing process includes, but is not limited to, verification and review of the following:
- AHCA Level 2 Background Screening (including fingerprinting)
- Physical Exam and Health Screening
- Valid Certification or License (HHA Certification, CNA, LPN, or RN)
- CPR Certification
- Continuing Education (HIV, Self-Medication Assistance, Alzheimer’s & Dementia, Domestic Violence, etc.)
- Driver’s License Check
- Documentation verifying Identity and Employment Authorization (per Department of Homeland Security)
- Professional Liability Insurance

When selecting the right care provider for your loved one, our dedicated Area Manager will meet with you in person to understand your specific needs. We then refer a caregiver best suited to meet those requirements.
